I was introduced to Kiran Kaushal after many, many frustrating weeks negotiating a refinance mortgage package with one of the big banks. Big banks dont like self employed people like me. Kiran had approvals for my mortgage within hours. Kiran required completion of a brief form and three pieces of documentation: Tax Assessment 2020, Credit Line Statement, and a current Municipal Tax Bill. The bank who held the original mortgage for 10 years required 20 pieces of documentation covering a five year period and never approved me! Kiran approved my application in less than a DAY. The icing on the cake was Kirans lender/broker fees were $7,000 less than a competitor quoted me.
