I now know why this company has such poor reviews. They like to waste people's time. I even called ahead to find out what they required in regards to paperwork and what-not, but even that was a waste of time. I called and spoke to the owner, who informed me that they required TWO pieces of ID, TWO paystubs, 3 months bank statements, and a utility bill to confirm the address. I have been at the same place of work for 5 years. but that wasn't sufficient because I went on mat leave. I returned to work on the 20th of March. If you require people to have 4 pays, you should request more than 2 pay stubs. They acted like going on mat leave was like leaving my job and starting again when I returned. The years under my belt made no difference at all. So, like I said, I wasted my time calling, and then I traveled 20 minutes one way just to be turned away in the end. An extremely disappointing experience. PS - the lady at the desk was very pleasant and let me vent lol, and agreed with me that her boss should have communicated much better and should have provide the customer (me) with more details as to what they were looking for (required)
