(Translated by Google) We booked 2 nights in a supposedly comfortable apartment on the 23rd floor. The apartment nothing to say about its configuration. On the other hand, the organization and the cleanliness of the dishes leave something to complain about. We had a reserved parking space only each time it was illegally occupied. In case of problem we were asked to call via whatsapp. No response to calls or text messages... sorry! we had to do it ourselves!!! The biggest black spot is the noise! Every morning at 7 a.m., the noise of backhoe loaders is incessant and thunderous. Ditto for the police sirens ... on the 23rd floor !!! As for the air conditioning so noisy that sleeping at 25 degrees remains the best solution. Icing on the cake we saw ourselves punctured by 150CAD for stains on linen that we did not even use. No recourse no inventory neither entering nor leaving. Improper retention of deposit even though when we arrived the dryer was full and the dishwasher was running...one bulb out of 2 in the bathroom...in short, nonsense. TO FLEE ! (Original) Nous avons rserv 2 nuits dans un appartement soit disant comfortable au 23me tage. L' appartement rien dire sur sa configuration. En revanche l'organisation et la propret de la vaisselle laissent redire. Nous avions une place de parking rserve seulement chaque fois cette dernire tait occupe illgalement. En cas de problme on nous a demand de tlphoner via whatsapp. Pas de rponse ni aux appels ni aux sms... lamentable ! il a fallu se dbrouiller par nous mme !!! De plus gros point noir le bruit ! Chaque matin 7h prcise le bruit des tractopelles incssant et tonitruant. Idem pour les sirnes de police ... au 23 eme tage !!! Quant la climatisation tellement bruyante que dormir 25 degrs reste la solution la mieux adapte. Cerise sur le gteau on s'est vus ponctionns de 150CAD pour des tches sur du linge qu'on a mme pas utilis. Aucun recours pas d'tat des lieux ni en entrant ni en sortant. Rtention de caution abusive alors mme qu' notre arrive le sche linge tait plein et le lave vaisselle tournait ... une ampoule sur 2 dans la salle de bains .. bref du grand n'importe quoi. A FUIR !

Easy check in/check out and great communication with support staff. The unit itself is absolutely stunning and very clean; Full of tasteful decor bits. Many essentials were provided: soaps, toothpaste, brush etc. Tea, coffee and even chilled water; Everything needed for a great stay. Best part for me was the wrap around balcony with a small patio set. In the morning and evening it has a great view. Thank you Simply Comfort Suites
