        Four months ago a review was posted regarding the horrendous service a customer received at this establishment. In spite of the promise to make improvements, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I had the unfortunate experience of spending money at this location. The customer service agent was extremely rude, dismissive, ignored my request for my lottery purchase and rolled his his eyes continuously throughout the interaction. This person is on desperate need of training. Please do not patronize this store. Do yourself a favour, go up to the conscience store on the second floor near the movie theatre.

        Shefield Express was able to provide an excellent Passport Photo Service. The owner was very kind and polite. They charged a very fair price, and the service was quick and professional. After calling ahead of time, the shoppers drug mart clerk didn't want to take a passport photo for me. Shefield expressed saved my evening!

        Customer service is bad, my friend went here to get her lotto max ticket checked and the cashier checked it for her and did not give her the printout receipt to show her if she won any money or not. It looks like this place is very dishonest. Do not go to this place.

        I bought a lottery ticket here yesterday and he threw that ticket at me. I was dumbfounded. He was unkind and very rude. He was a man with glasses, but he didn't deserve to be in business.
