I ordered a subscription box after seeing the unboxings on YouTube, I saw the summer 2019 box it looked great, huda palette certainly caught my attention... I knew signing up there was a possibility I may not get the summer box was promised a comparable box of lovely products! I recieved my luxebox today... what a shocking disappointment! I feel ripped off to say the least! What I recieved was in no way comparable! Eyeshadow was a 2 shade no pallete no concealer like the summer box? These were not deluxe size samples! Honestly I would have gotten samples from sephora for free and could have purchased something I would love n use for my $29- this is supposed to be fun exiting experience! Not left feeling scammed! Don't waste your money on this box there are so many subscription boxes out there that don't rip you off! When I complained -nothing they will do absolutely nothing to write the wrongs! Not a company anyone should have to deal with! I requested to cancel as you can cancel anytime the response was they re going to charge me for a fall box? I requested to cancel! I am clearly not happy why do you think I would want to be scammed again?
