        Don't hesitate to stop in and try a class! You will be hooked. The gym is beautiful and maintained well with state of the art equipment. The classes are challenging and suited for everyone who wants to learn to compete, or just get in the best shape of your life. The weight room is a huge plus as you won't need 2 memberships to lift weights at another gym and learn muay thai, here you can do both. You will get in the best shape of your life.

        Excellent school. The instructors are very welcoming and the gym itself is very well taken care of. Highly recommend. Be prepared for a hard workout.
