I called this place and booked a RMT massage. (a few months ago) They told me on the phone that they can't bill my insurance company directly. but they can with other insurance companies. The massage was below average. Not great. After the massage. The therapist told me that I will receive the invoice in a few days. They said that the invoice will show that I had a massage in my own home. I was sketched out and left. A day or two goes by and i call them back to ask about the invoice. They asked for a few more days and told me that when I receive the invoice it will say that a male therapist gave me a massage in my own home. I told them this is a lie and insurance fraud. I asked them to refund me the money for the difference between a 1 hour massage (approx $60) and a 1 hour RMT massage ($100) After much back and forth they agreed. But the owner is incredibly difficult to contact and get on the phone with, so I couldn't schedule a time to pick the money up so I just dropped it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. I was extremely sore from the gym and desperate for a massage on this day and all my regular spots were booked out.

The entire experiencing was literally amazing! Coco was very kind, caring, and professional. She really cares about helping her patients heal and I will be coming back for sure! Highly recommend!
