I was referred by a neighbour and after seeing the googles reviews I decided to make an appointment and give Stephanie a try. Location is perfect for me as it is in walking distance. The set up is professional and very inviting. Stephanie listened to my concerns and applied the perfect amount of pressure as needed. Steph is wonderful. I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on whats needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. My experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days. Very clean establishment and great service. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
