I really needed a deep tissue massage with elbow to go very deep. Jocelyn did not even pay attention to the area of pain and massaged my lower back while the main pain was in hips. I asked her to go deeper but she didn't. I told her what type of massage works best for me but she said she has her own way that didn't help me at all. I felt disappointed and not taken care of. Her massage was so mild and not what I needed. The worst thing is she didn't even massage the main area of pain! Don't recommend her if you need a deep tissue massage with elbows. They insist on tipping which I found very unprofessional. Overall a very unpleasant experience that wasted my time and money.

I was having fertility issues, I was recommended to come see Jocelyn, she worked her magic and I had a healthy baby boy this year. If anyone is having fertility issues, I highly recommend coming to this clinic and seeing Jocelyn. If I could give more stars I would.

The first massage I had here (deep tissue hilot) was one of the best massages I ever had. I suffer from a lot of back pain due to injuries. But every massage afterwards just declined in quality. Felt like they werent even trying or even doing deep tissue even though thats what I paid for. Super sad and disappointed as I very excited to have found such an excellent RMT! Its hard to find someone who is so knowledgeable and can get into the deep places to relieve pain. Not sure why the quality changed. First massage was amazing, everything after that felt like a light spa massage rather than a medical treatment and did nothing to relieve my pain. When you see someone for pain relief its very frustrating when treatment quality is not consistent. Especially when you know how good it can be.
