I used to be a member here since they opened but I stopped going after a few months. The staff rotation is very high. I only signed up for membership because of a certain therapist but she moved on after three months claiming the clinic was not busy enough to cover her schedules. She was very experienced and a good RMT My wife used to go for reflexology treatments too but after sometime the reflexologist left and the next one she was booked with left as well. Afterwards every week I had an appointment here, they would have new therapists most of whom mentioned are fresh from school and not experienced. The rooms were dusty, bedsheets were smelly and the massage oil was not of good quality at all, the therapist advised they buy it from the dollar store. When you check in and check out of the clinic its not a pleasant experience at all as you are forced into buying memberships especially from the male owner(Martin)whom after you decline resorts to rude remarks. He even goes as far as asking for a tip upon check out. I would rather not be asked of this because I like to tip my therapists personally in the room, so you end up explaining yourself to him while checking out which is highly uncomfortable especially after a negative massage experience. On many occasions during my treatment the lights kept going off and on,the horrible music in the room kept scratching and stopping and there were noises coming from the neighbouring shops thus spoiling the whole massage experience which is meant to be relaxing. I used to get treatments weekly and every time it was with a new therapist,never saw the same therapist twice after my own moved on. I am available only on the weekends but I finally stopped going as there are only male therapists on Saturdays and Sundays,the receptionist on the weekends was always very rude with a carefree attitude, I reckoned maybe thats the ownerss wife since he was always there when I came in for my appointments and they were always more concerned about talking to each other than to clients. They didnt even acknowledge me. Thrice on different occasions my credit card was charged manually from this outlet for not showing up even though I always made it to my appointments or called in beforehand to re-schedule. I voided my membership, was charged a fee for voiding and they still call to date daily asking me to book an appointment which is very annoying. The constant promotional emails are a nuisance too. The last appointment I had there was a total disappointment, the therapist kept applying oil and just rubbing it on me, the pressure was barely there and she didnt speak any English for me to speak up. I would guarantee that was not professional RMT massage or worth the price since they are very expensive too. I tried to bring this to the owners attention to which he downplayed it and remarked its not a big deal and offered to take off $20 in my next appointment which I never made. I would definitely not recommend this branch generally for bad customer service, low quality pricey massages and lack of a relaxing or clean ambience

I am removing my 5 star rating and giving one star! This is our 2nd visit (me and my husband). When I booked the massage I specifically mentioned that my husband needs foot massage and they said they can add extra 15 minutes foot massage. On the location when I wanted to confirm the foot massage they said they dont do it separately, its included in the 60 minutes massage and they will put more time on the foot massage. When my husband was receiving the massage he didnt get any foot massage. So he asked and the massage therapist told him that he doesnt do foot massage! Very very disappointing!!! My husband really needed the foot massage. Extremely disappointed with the miscommunication and bad customer service. Not going there again.
