I have shopped at this location when I got my first apartment in 2015 and February this year to change my couch. The sales service was great (always is to make the sale). My ordered couch was delivered yesterday. I saw the boxes in my space and had a change of heart due to getting love seats as my primary couch but seeing even for my small apartment the couch wasnt a good fit. The Brick return policy states that I can return an item sealed within 7 days of delivery. I called today and now being told I cannot return the item because I should have measured it first. I have escalated this to a manager and hope The Brick honors their policy.

Hi There, After carefully selecting 2 couches, I decided to buy them from The Brick at 2625 Weston Road B, North York, ON M9M 3W1. Upon receiving these couches, I could tell they were a different colour than the ones I saw at the store. I refused the delivery and went directly to the store to prove my point. They tried to convince me that those couches come only in the colour listed on the website. The colour is clearly different in store however, they tried to gaslight me into believing they are the same. I know what I saw and agreed to purchase, and what they delivered was not it. This incident took place on May 21, 2023 at around 15:00. The customer service ladies directed us to the manager who ended up being extremely rude. We approached him regarding the issue and he right away tried to gaslight us into believing the same thing. Again, the colour on the floor model is clearly different from what we received, but he didnt want to listen. Instead he was pulling it up on the website, which I can do myself, and I already did. But you see, I didnt buy them online, I bought them in store. We told him that they trick their customers and he said its very rude to say things like that. Rude or not rude, its the truth and The Brick does trick and gaslight their customers. Furthermore, when asked for his name and business card he refused to give it to us, instead said why, so you can complain about me? Yes, that is precisely what I need it for, so what? As a manager, this shouldnt be a problem. Everyone has a business card at the Brick, and they also have a name. This manager who was working on the date mentioned above was also dressed extremely unprofessional. He was wearing a hat (snapback) and was wearing what looked like a sports jersey. All he needed to top off the outfit was a pair of basketball shorts. He literally looked like he was on his way to a basketball game and thats what your manager is dressed like. His attitude was very unprofessional and demeaning, not sure who he thinks he is, a baller maybe? Hes supposed to be a manager and his sales representatives are dressed more professional. But maybe The Brick doesnt have a dress code, and if they do, its time to seriously reevaluate it. Your ethics, morals and values as a proud Canadian company have seriously diminished. Absolutley disgusting.

Just want to let everyone know that I had bad experience in the past with Brick, but I want to highlight Mr. Aui, the sale representative I had purchased a pull-out bed sofa that comes in four parts, two of the four was ready but the other two pieces was not going to be ready until Fab of 2024. Whenever I go to the brick to make my payment they always try to tell me to look around for something else I refuse to do so, however Mr Aui he call me and he let me able to pick a difference one and I love it. I got other gift with the sofa which was very good and most of all some cash back as well. Thanks so much The Brick to help make my home a home.

Just want to let everyone know that I had a bad experience in the past with Brick, but I want to highlight Mr. Anu and Ms Meena the sales representatives. I purchased a pull-out bed sofa that comes in four parts, two of the four were ready but the other two pieces were not going to be ready until Fab of 2024. Whenever I go to the brick to make my payment they always try to tell me to look around for something else I refuse to do so, however, Mr Aui calls me and lets me able to pick a different one and I love it. I got some other gifts alongside the sofa which was very good and most of all some cashback as well. I received a call from Ms. Meena asking about my sofa and to check if all was well. Thanks so much The Brick to help make my home a home.
