DECORIUM provides excellent customer service. Their staff is knowledgeable, proficient and were quick to respond to my every need. They have a great product selection. I highly recommend DECORIUM. UPDATE: I needed an accent chair for my couch. The staff suggested a selection of several chairs but highly recommended one that they thought would complement my sofa very well. They were right! I would not have selected that chair but it turned out to be the ideal chair. DECORIUM staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They offer the BEST customer service, both in-store and after sales. I will only buy furniture at DECORIUM. Thanks DECORIUM team!

We knew we wanted something beautiful, unique and exceedingly well built and functional for our space. Viewed countless online inventories. Even though we didnt know exactly what we wanted we sure knew what we didnt want. Decided to visit Decorium on a personal recommendation from a friend. Glad we did. Had fun wandering about, even though we hadnt quite found the furniture. Raffaele Martino engaged us in a most discrete non-pushy manner and within seconds led us to exactly what we were looking for. I dont know how he did that. And we probably walked right past it earlier. That was last weekend. Delivery was 2 hours ago and mirrored the showroom experience; effortless, very pleasant and beyond expectations. Delivery isnt contracted out to some 3rd party outfit; Decorium-emblazoned trucks, Decorium staff, 100% accountability. Couldnt be any happier with the process and the results. The internet is fine for many things but sometimes you need to see an expert and touch stuff in person.
