        I live in Alberta and I must state that the service was quick and easy! I ordered my futon mattress online and I had an email within 24 hours confirming my order with delivery details and a tracking number. As for the futon, I purchased the 8 layer budget and found it was still excellent quality and I feel confident that my guests will have a good night sleep :)

        I love my shikibuton! From the time I ordered it to delivery was less than 2weeks (less than I expected.). And I was kept informed of the status of the shipping. Next purchase will definitely be a tatami mat. Thanks East West Futons!
