First place that does the alignment reports the RIGHT way - they provide PRE alignment and POST alignment reports. Huge (positive) difference! Almost a competitive advantage. Definitely recommend. Will bring my personal vehicle there. Oh... and it's more affordable that any other place in the area. Service: Wheel alignment

Where to begin. Came here for years for regular oil changes and maintenance and valued the "complimentary inspections". Came in for an oil change, then a week later for a tire leak. Received the inspection sheet saying all looked good with the car. Days later with my family in the car, one of the upper control arms of the suspension snapped in half. Turns out they were rusted right through and the car had no business being on the road. Not sure how this was missed with the car in for service twice in the previous week. Any reputable place would have noticed this and warned me and not given a "green" rating to the suspension. When challenged on this, the owner said it is free inspection and basically isn't worth the paper it is written on. Also said the control arms aren't part of the suspension. Like saying fingers aren't part of your hand.. They quoted almost $1000!!! $300 per control arm. This part is half that price on a bad day. This is a $600 repair max. I asked for it to be done at cost as a fair resolution. He didn't offer a penny less. I didn't approve the repairs and when I came to get the car to take to another shop, I was blindsided with the repair being completed and held hostage in the garage. The owner took no responsibility and basically said I don't do more than oil changes with him so I'm not worth his time and care. Said he told me multiple times about suspension needing repair which is not true. Cherry on top is they installed one of the control arms backwards which started grinding against the body of the car. Took it to another shop around the corner for a second opinion and the comment was "they $@!$'ed you good man". Took it back to fix the mistake. No apology. Live in the area and need an oil change? Well ok. Care about your safety? There are plenty of other shops right behind this place. Thought this was "my shop". Guess they didn't feel the same way.
