Very unprofessional front desk staff. I went in today and all 3 front desk staff was on the computer. So stood by the window to be acknowledged. I was there 10mins all it's as if I was invisible they laughed a d talked and completely ignored my presents. So I ask one if they are closed and one of the staff response was no walk in doctor today. So I didn't ask I would be standing there until closing. Unbelievable

I 1000% would NOT recommend Veronica Odu as a family doctor for MANY reasons. 1. You have to book an appointment for EVERY SIMPLE THING that other doctors would accommodate you over the phone with$$$$ 2. Messed up my daughters vaccines dates. Received it at wrong timing 3. Not the friendliest 4. Had to switch her because I complained about bloating every night for over a year and im now diagnosis with colon cancer. So if she did her job correctly, the Polyps i had wouldnt have turned into cancer. First thing my new doctor did when I complained was scheduled me for a colonoscopy, WHICH SHE DID NOT DO. She basically dismissed it and Jeopardize my health/life. Always get a second opinion!!!! She needs more experience!!!!!
