I was referred to Dr Chen, who is no longer working there. This clinic has been amazing and I hope to see another doctor there soon.

I was referred to The Medical Clinic for Person-Centred Psychotherapy by my family doctor. I have been working with the administrative team and Dr. Anne Rose since September 2020. I have nothing but praises and gratitude for how I have been supported in my mental health journey by the entire team. Dr. Rose is extremely competent, genuine, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I feel heard, understood, and greatly appreciate her open-mindedness and down-to-Earth personality. She also has an amazing sense of humour, which really helps me when discussing heavier subjects. The administrative team has been very diligent in ensuring I am set up at least 4 weekly appointments ahead of time even though its technically my responsibility to call in for future bookings. They are very organized and pleasant to coordinate with. I will be honest that if I had allowed my first impression (specifically the clinics website) to deter me, I never would have had the good fortune of being treated by Dr. Rose. I urge the clinic to invest in a website update as I truly believe many others could benefit from its services as much as I have.
