Jane Medical Walk In Clinic

Reception is rude, it is listed as a walk-in clinic when it is not. They give attitude and hang up instead of answering questions/clarifing.

This clinic is just answering walk in clinic for the sake of it because each time you go there they are telling you to go and book appointments weeks after your call/visit why is it called walk in clinic when even after covid they are still not seeing clients unless on appointments??? .Customer service is zero. They shouldnt be called walk in clinic cos they are not pls angry

Wait times are long, but I find its okay if you book an appointment ahead of time. Ive know Dr.Wong since birth and have always been more than satisfied with his care! The Dr. people are referring to in their comments is probably doctor Lam, as the once experience my family has had with him was not positive .

The doctor is very professional. But the recepionist is unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her work. I ck in and she clearly told me that the wait was going to be more than 1hr. Everyone at the waiting room is sick and i decided to step out and come back in 45 min to wait. What the recepionist did she put my daughtet chart at the end claiming i wasnt in the waiting room so i have to be put back this things just unpset me when you just need the doctor to see your sick kid .For aure i i w wt returned theren the charge. I didn't see this policy in the clinic where the force ppl zo stay in the waiting room in the
