        The staff is very very rude. Why do you pay for that disrespctful staff??- They need to train first how to treat a patient and not to feel discomfort and have friendly and lovely environment. They don't have idea that what's happening to the patient

        Convenient and closed to other medical services available in this building. The staff are articulate and efficient. Never had any issues here. It was not busy and I was called within 5 mins of checking in.

        This is my go to place for blood work since I moved to Toronto. Always go on saturdays, as I work monday to friday. Although it's a busy day for them, they do their best to keep the work and pacient's experience run smoothly. I once went for a glucose test while pregnant and had to take this sugary drink, a few minutes later I felt fainting and one of the staff members promptly took me to one of the rooms to lie down until I felt better. Thank you so much for that.
