LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services

I have been visiting this location (2065 Finch Ave W) since 2020 and have had a positive experience thus far! Most of the lab staff is friendly, I apologise for being unable to recollect all names but I've had Dora and Julie collect my samples quite frequently. They both are great at their job, very comforting and kind. The website is well-designed, and one can easily schedule appointments and view results online. Test results are populated on the account within a day or two, so the wait time is not much. I just have one suggestion- it would be great if they consider providing wifi for patients in the waiting area. Overall, highly recommend!

Had blood work at this location, no toilet tissue in washroom after I peed for my urine test, no paper towels, nothing. Good thing I only had to pee. I notified staff, they took no action at all, they were completely unconcerned.

I have been coming to this location over a year now. There are three ladies that recognize me as I come every few months and they are so sweet and easy to talk to. Not sure why some of the comments talk about how the receptionists are rude. I have seen them all work reception and I have never had a bad experience. The ladies that work here (will not say their names for safety reasons) know that I am so afraid of taking blood tests because of the needles.. but they always find a way to help keep me calm and get the job done! :)
