My experience at the Redwood Spa was overwhelming positive. As someone who had persistent acne into adulthood and scarring, I am happy to say that is no longer the case. I suffered from hormonal acne, scarring and hyperpigmentation. The staff did an excellent job of addressing my skin issues with treatments and educating me how to maintain my results. My skin looks better than what it did 10 years ago. So much so that people around me have notice the difference. The location itself is well maintained; very clean and hygienic. I have been going to Redwood Medi Spa to treat my acne scars and for facials and the results have been amazing. I have done 4 sessions of microneedling and at first I was a little worried because I have read some horror stories about the procedure on the internet but it's been going great Maggie is a real expert at what she is doing. I have been seeing some great results with this procedure my skin has never looked better. I plan to come back for a peel and will come here routinely for facials. Maggie and Stephanie have both been in this business for years and are extremely knowledgeable about all the latest procedures. They keep up to date on all the latest technology and have the expertise to back it up. The spa is extremely clean and Maggie and her team go above and beyond to ensure everything is sanitized. All around its been a great experience and I always look forward to coming back. I have full confidence coming here and having them work on my face. if you're looking for a spa to do simple facials or more advanced procedures like laser or microneedling I highly recommend coming here they are very good at what they do. I have gone two times now and have got microdermabrasion with stem cell facials and have absolutely love it. Shaf is very professional, knowledgeable and an amazing personality. I would (and have already) recommend going to see her 1000%
