The online booking system is not, in fact a booking system, but an inquiry system. It relies on someone to monitor the system in-office, and to send an email confirming the appointment (although they do also get a persons phone number with the booking, and should use that, too). The challenge here is that positioning the inquiry system as a booking system misrepresents actual available time to both parties detriment, as I showed up, and they had no appointment for me. There is an auto-email sent upon booking indicating that you will be emailed back, again, to confirm your booking, but that is just too convoluted in an age when actual schedules can be tied to real-time bookings. Hopefully, the schedule will be tied to actual availability, eliminating the need for Simone to monitor and confirm, allowing for actual real-time bookings. The team was pleasant enough, but this was no means by which to judge anything other than the inability to book a service.

WARNING: As of May 24, 2019, Greenshield Canada has suspended reimbursement of claims made for services from Klinika. According to Greenshield: "There are issues with this Health Service Provider that are preventing us from considering reimbursement for this claim. The Provider has been informed of the situation. Please contact the Provider directly for details."
