Promed Physiotherapy And Rehab Centre

The physiotherapist which was a lady behaved really impolite. She stopped me to many times while I wanted to explain my problem. If you are paying for a physiotherapy session, I do recommend somewhere else to be behaved politely. Waiting time even with an appointment was too long. Instead of 45 minutes for first session I experienced 30 minutes but fully charged.

I broke my ankle badly and had a surgery. When I came to Dr. Daniel Shum I was limping and in pain and mobility of my foot was poor. I was surprised from the first visit to Promed Physio place how he treated me being very attentive to details of my recent injury and all injuries in my past. Dr. Shum worked out an individual treatment plan for me and I followed it either at Promed (using machines) and at home. He taught me different exercises to do every day at home. In four weeks I was walking and biking without feeling pain. Thank you, Dr. Shum, from the bottom of my heart! The staff at Promed is very friendly and efficient. Nina Krakovna

When I pain my back I return for session the physiotherapy and massage only Wednesday (both together). I recommend this place

I like this place. They are very friendly and professional. I was happy to be treated by them. the place is clean, with the necessary equipment. the result of the treatment is very good.

Never go here! First they postponed my initial appointment. The next day I arrived for my treatments only to find them closed!!! 2 hours before the time posted on the door! ** Do not trust your physical well-being to people who cant be bothered to keep the appointment they made the day before!! **
