Optimalrehab Physiotherapy and Chiropractic

I called yesterday to get physiotherapy. The clinic said they are under construction and they can provide home care. They connected me with a physiotherapist and he said he would come at 4:30 for 45min session. He came at 4:30 and literally left my house before 4:40. He stayed not even 10min for asessment. Not professional thorough assessment at all!!He just asked me a few simple questions about how I got injured. Then he did pjysical assessment a couple minutes. He said "you are fine. Just takes time to heal. Be careful getting up. Ulternate your legs when standing long time" then left. I asked the guy how I contact for the billing and he said he has no idea and asked me to call his agency or the clinic. I called the clinic and she said I have to contact him by myself if that physiotherapist spent that little time as I have to pay anyway. I asked her to contact as I have no idea how to contact the company he is working for. She said she would contact for me and call me back, but she didn't call me back. They didnt even ask me my benefit plan my personal information anything. Very unorganized clinic!!!Never ever want to use it again.

Great knowledgeable staff who care about the clients. Have been going for physiotherapy and massage therapy for trigger point management and seeing remarkable improvement. Thank you.

I have been seen Pooneh for about 2 months now to treat my Tennis elbow. Pooneh is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And definitely has helped reduce the pain. I even was able to golf again. Highly recommend.

Dediacted, professional and helpful pactitioners. The best Physiotherapy and Chiropractice clinic in Toronto and North York area. I had long time knee pain and no body told me that it was because of my lower back until I saw Pooneh. She said my knee pain was a referral from my back so she treated it and voila! I can walk again no pain.

Well what can I say about Pouneh. She is amazing professional, fabulous and super kind physiotherapist. I couldn't play the violin since my accident and have been to multiple physio clinics in town and have done lots of different treatment (laser therapy,shock waveetc) but none of them worked. I was so disappointed and thought I could never use my hands again. How lucky I was to get to know this clinic. I am thrilled to say I am able to play the Violin again after almost 2 years. Thanks and I hope you the best doctor. I highly recommend this clinic.
