I think they are pretty mean. We had an appt set with my dad a week ago, and suddenly the person called on Friday, even before seeing the father that Accupuncture will not help him. First of all, whether it works or not, depends on when one does it. Secondly, no one was holding them responsible for doing it and seeing no effects. But I am sure they declined us either because of my dad's age or that we were paying out of pocket. If I could give a negative rating, for being so mean, I would.

Ive had several acupuncture appointments with May since December 2022. I was having major nerve pain and could not find any relief. I went from being unable to sleep due to the pain, to being able to get some sleep, to finally bing able to sleep through the night. Its not a quick fix and requires you to also follow the advice to either adjust the treatment and/or see improvement. The only advice for new patients not familiar with acupuncture is that its really helpful to be in tune with the pain, know when it flairs up and To be attentive to anything that triggers more pain. Its super helpful when going through each session. Really appreciate Mays efforts to helping me feel so much better. Thank you:)

With my visit to this place, I had a number of good sessions with Amy Chen. A very nice and pleasant person to deal with. With the issue that I have, (frozen shoulder) as she pointed out, it took sometime to gain back my shoulder movement but with her support in getting that fix using acupuncture, it is now much better than when I initially visited the place. Good clean environment to come into their office. The same as the individual rooms was well maintained. Thank you for the support.

I have pain all the time on my lower back and legs,Amy Chen is excellent in understanding my pain,her treatment methods work very well in my pain relief,I would recommend Amy Chen to anyone who is suffering with pain ,dont suffer anymore contact Amy Chen and get your analysis and pain relief as soon as possible the longer you wait the pain builds up and will take a long time to get you feeling
