As a first time buyer, I am currently in the process of searching for the ideal home within my budget. Alex has been very professional, detailed oriented and responsive in our interactions. He gives you all the options available to you to make an informed decision. Would highly recommend him to anyone especially first time buyers who are new to the buying process here in Canada.

My wife and I were looking to buy a home in what could be described as one of the hottest and most fast paced real estate markets in the world. We didn't know much going in and wanted to make sure we surrounded ourselves with the best possible team since we will be making some of the biggest purchases that will be affecting our lives going forward. When we came across Alexey and his team we were completely surprised at their professionalism, knowledge and guidance they offered in us getting the best deal that suited our financial needs. We were guided and introduced to the right people along the way that made the process seamless and effortless. We were given multiple options and the best rates the banks could offer at the time, it really felt like we were in good hands and we were working with people we can trust every step along the way. Questions and inquiries into different aspects were answered within a couple of hours and advice given along the way that made us feel we were making the right decisions going forward. In the end we were able to get exactly what we were looking for. I want to thank Aleksey and his team dearly for their efforts and ongoing support throughout the process, they made a seemingly impossible and incredibly stressful process into one where we had fun and could rely on people to provide us with accurate and honest information, with a warm and personal touch. We were looking to buy a home in 2020 and were pre approved for a certain amount by a bank. It didn't fit the bill though. It so happens that I came across Alex and he has opened my eyes to the true amount that I am eligible for. Best part of Alex is his patience. He hopped onto a call at once and clarified all my questions. He is a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend him for anyone's mortgage needs. Cheerful, easy to approach, honest and helpful.

My credit score was low because if the high ratio but Alex helped me to obtain a private mortgage at low rate. Appreciate his help and hope that next tear he will help me to switch to a Home Trust. Thank you, alex for the great work!
