Initial online meeting was conducted efficiently to fill-up the gaps in mortgage and refinancing applications and to answer our queries with follow-up emails on what additional documents has to be further submitted. A fast positive feedback by our mortgage broker (Alex) on the status of our mortgage and refinance application as provided by lender is very encouraging with the required data provided while completing all other documents. The set-up system is very effective as it is proactive and gives us some initial feedback on the progress of our application without lost of time while we are compiling and submitting all required documents.
