Highly recommend getting all of your mortgage needs from Shakila. She is extremely thorough, supportive, and goes above and beyond to answer all of your mortgage and housing questions, even after closing - she is always available by text or call the same day. She helped me secure a mortgage that works best for my situation and walked me through the entire process step by step since it was my first time. I had multiple builder delays and tight closing timelines that required quick turn around and Shakila managed it all with the bank and lawyers to ensure a smooth closing by the deadline. Shakila is a pleasure to work with , it was truly a hassle free and comfortable experience, could not recommend her enough!

Shakila was extremely helpful, patient, and wonderful in guiding me throughout the process of purchasing a new home.
