Without hesitation, John is my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for help and advice on mortgage financing. He was recommended to me when I was going through my separation and I can honestly say, if it were not for his expertise, I would not have been able to keep my kids in the home that they love. When my initial term was up and I wanted to refinance my home, I requested his help again. He found me an excellent rate at a bank that had initially turned me away, and he efficiently closed the deal all during the COVID crisis - I never once had to leave the safety of my home.
