Sukhdev Flora, doesn't just treat you as another client, but goes the extra mile on each and every transaction as my clients have always been happy with his work. Not only has he brokered some next-to-impossible mortgages, but he has obtained mortgage approvals in practically no time for me. Highly recommended and trusted professional.

        I would highly recommend Sukh for all your mortgage and lending needs! Generally, most of the bank reps struggled to navigate through my application as I have the non-traditional income sources (ie partnership income, dividend income) but Sukh made the process super simple and quick. His relationships with the underwriters definitely helped as he got me the approval well in advance of closing and presented me with really low interest rates! It was a pleasure to work with Sukh!
