Without hesitation I would highly, highly recommend Blair for all your Mortgage needs! There is a clear reason why he only has 5 star reviews. Given the challenging economic environment I was looking to renew my mortgage and take advantage of current rates. Blair was able to offer rates that were close to 20% better than the best rates offered by the big banks. He was incredibly helpful, patient and very thorough in explaining all of my options. Going through the process with Blair was hugely beneficial. To be fully transparent despite this not being my first mortgage I was quite ignorant and uneducated. Going through the process with Blair was the equivalent of signing up for a mortgage seminar. In the end I felt a lot more knowledgeable as he was exceptionally patient answering all of my questions. Blair presented various options I chose one that best met my needs. At no point did Blair ever pressure me in making a particular choice. Blair will be my mortgage broker for the foreseeable future!
