Marco DI Fazio is someone who will go so far above and beyond for his clients it's beyond words. Helpful, extremely knowledgeable, professional even in the face of idiotic demands and delays, and his patience seems unlimited. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him unconditional to anyone in need of these services. A "Thank You" is completely inadequate to express our gratitude. I'd give 10+ stars if we're possible

I have worked with Marco 3 separate times over the past 4 years for different needs. He is the most responsive and honest person you could possibly work with. In each situation, Marco found a solution for me that exceeded all expectations. His patience and integrity are examples of what we should expect in a broker but do not always see. In addition, Marco has an extensive rolodex of contacts that are equally as helpful. In my case, provided me with a home insurance contact that has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. I will continue my business with Marco when my mortgage comes due again. I simply don't even think of calling anyone else. Thank you Marco!!!!!

My partner, Nick and I just closed on a house on July 19, which we purchased on April 19, 2022. We had a horrible experience with our original broker, who took much longer than needed (wasting our time) and then ended up getting a very low appraisal on the house which was sent directly to the bank, so we had to cancel that mortgage and start all over again (almost 2 months into the process, leaving us just over a month to get a new mortgage before closing). Our realtor, John Wilson, who was also fantastic, recommended we use Marco as our broker instead and we could not have fared better! Marco was amazing! He immediately got us a MUCH better appraisal and then efficiently worked through the lenders applications, keeping us informed every step of the way. Marco was always available to answer any questions (and I had a lot, as my anxiety was high after dealing with the first broker) and always put me at ease. I have no doubt that he got us the best deal possible, and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Marco/DC Home Mortgages!
