Probably a great broker if you have a perfect situation. Contacted him in October for help with a mortgage, Steve ghosted me after a week, stopped returning my calls and emails. A simple phone call or email to say he couldn't help me would have been appreciated. Contacted another brokerage who had my mortgage funded in a week with great terms. Would not recommend!

He took the time to explain each step and made us feel comfortable all throughout the process which for most can be an anxiety driven experience. He is very honest, approachable and patient, always willing to go the extra miles for you.
