We recently had to navigate a complex sequence of activities to sell, buy, and rent properties. We had financial budgets, tight time constraints, and plenty of unknowns along the way. Ari carefully listened to our needs, proposed a few solutions, and then meticulously executed on our plan. In just 3-4 weeks we completed all our mortgage and closing activities which was amazing! Only Ari could have gotten us to where we are today. My lawyer commented on how well our broker executed the deal and he didn't even know Ari. Throughout this process Ari was with us every step of the way, I was always able to reach him on a daily basis, multiple times a day, had clear communication, and was able to pivot quickly if we needed to. I knew Ari had 20 more clients but it felt like he was only dedicated to me. That's really hard to do and what sets Ari apart from other brokers. Ari even followed up after our closing date to ensure no loose ends remain and future improvement steps are clear. Ari was recommended to me by a colleague. Ari was very responsive and helpful throughout our mortgage process as first time home buyers. If I could leave 7 stars I would. Great service and attention to detail. Got me what I believe to be the best rate out there, and then followed up with me when rates dropped to get me an even better rate.
