I have recently worked with Arlen Ekstein on a tough deal that no one else wanted. This property was in a rural area and it required some exterior work to bring it up to market value. He was able to pull together a co-brokered deal involving three brokerages. And including the lender fees the cost to my client was a fair price. He listened to my people's needs and was able to negotiate changes to the deal to accommodate both clients and lender.
