        STAY AWAY FROM them! They took over 14k on when changing to a new lender triple lender fees , and there own laywer cost wil be chrged to u, increasing interests and there positive views there own

        We had an extremely pleasant experience with Tribecca and especially Toros. We reached out to them on a Friday for a Monday close as our original funding didn't go through. TOROS saved the deal and was extremely helpful with the stress levels this caused my wife and I. He followed up each step of the way and delivered on everything he said. He was a true professional and we would not hesitate to refer him. A+++ customer service
