Mortgages with Mike Toronto

Michael has honestly felt like a gift from God in this experience as a first time home-buyer. Our situation is complicated for many reasons and many banks and brokers could not give us what we need. Michael worked so hard to find us a good rate and has been a wealth of knowledge and very patient with our millions of questions. We've had a stressful experience house hunting for the last 6 months, and I know we could not have made it without Michael. He has always been positive and quick to find other solutions and his advice has been like gold and saved us from situations that could have ended badly for us. I have found it is hard to know who to trust in the house hunting process. Are they looking out for us or looking to make more money? Not the case with Michael - it's clear he cares strongly for his clients and his priority is doing what is best for them. As we are nearing the closing date, I have felt like a burden and stress that I had been carrying for 6 months has been lifted , and I know we would not have gotten to this point without Michael. I highly, highly recommend him if you are buying a house

Mike worked extra hard day and night and I was in the hardest position possible. There was times that I would receive an email at 3 AM and wonder why isnt he sleeping he went above and beyond all of my expectations and got the job done in a very timely fashion I would recommend anybody to use his services and there wouldnt be any regrets
