I wish there was rating less than 1 star I have a car loan arranged through the dealer with RBC Transit Number:04128, I wasted almost 2 1/2 hours to contact someone to get info "how to pay off loan" but I could not contact a human to have info about the principal at RBC. All I got was a frustrating message from answering machine which can not direct unless one has RBC card and no one attends phones at Royal Bank 10 York Mills, Toronto, ON M2P 2C9 as well. I wonder why that branch has phone # posted at web site if they do not want to answer. I'd NEVER advise anyone to deal with this bank which would not let customers contact them when in need and frustrate them with their flawed communication system, phone and website. Frustrated in SW Ontario
