I think Yuri should take some time off and re-learn how to run a moving company. He is incredibly rude. He is holding my stuff hostage and demanding more money!! Steer clear if youre looking for a good moving company!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely the worst moving company we have ever dealt with and we have dealt with quite a few. If we could give them zero stars we would. Completely unprofessional. We had an agreement for them to deliver some furniture to our condo in Miami. They arrived several days late. Yuri, the general manager, is incredibly unprofessional and rude. We cannot stress enough that this company is a scam and unfortunately we will be launching a lawsuit against them for damages. You have been warned so dont be surprised when they scam you too. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company. They completely violated the terms of our contract by refusing to release my furniture unless I paid an additional amount that was not agreed upon. It's alarming to see that another reviewer had the exact same complaint, which suggests a recurring problem. To make matters worse, the delivery of my furniture was severely delayed. According to the contract, I was supposed to receive it between May 9th and 12th. I even went as far as booking a flight to Miami specifically to be there for the delivery. However, the furniture never arrived, and whenever I contacted Yuri, the person I was in touch with, he couldn't provide me with a straight answer. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I spent a significant amount of time on the phone trying to sort it out. Eventually, my furniture did arrive on May 22nd, which happened to be the long weekend in May. This forced me to hire a property manager to accept the delivery on my behalf. Adding to the hassle, my condo building was reluctant to deal with this moving company. They failed to provide insurance details and couldn't even give me a confirmed delivery date, making it impossible to schedule the elevator. Overall, this entire process was an absolute mess. The moving company's unprofessional behavior, including the attempt to extort more money, the severe delay in delivery, and the lack of clear communication from Yuri, left me feeling stressed and frustrated. I had to incur additional expenses and deal with unnecessary complications, all because of their incompetence. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against hiring this moving company. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money by looking for a more reliable and professional option.
