        Disappointingly unprofessional - I called Procter's Cartage at the recommendation of a colleague to get some information on freight shipments. The gentleman that answered the phone simply grunted for a greeting, when I inquired about getting some freight estimates, he simply replied "who is this, what company?", I responded with our company name and identified that we would be a potential new customer, and they simply responded "no we cannot help you at all" and hung up. I understand being busy, but, why burn a bridge for a potential future customer? Exceptionally unprofessional.
