The Moving Store

Excellent customer service from Sue, I'm disappointed that I didn't know of this place for so many years of me living in North York. I highly recommend this location for moving supplies or U-Haul. I will definitely be coming here and recommending this place to friends and family.

The store charged us an extra $25 for cleaning fee. During the initial inspection, I mentioned to them that the van is very dirty, and they told me that its fine. But they still charged us a cleaning fee after we returned the car for their pre existing dirt.

incredible experience! we arrived a bit after closing since google's hours were marked wrong, and the lady serving my dad and I wasn't even bothered about it! the service was great, and we really appreciate her kindness and patience. the place isn't too big so you're not overwhelmed by choice, and everything was easy to grab. would highly recommend for your box and moving needs!!!

UPDATE: This is an update to my previous review where I wrote that UHaul charged me an extra 38% on top my what was, to my understanding, stipulated in the rental agreement. Sue, from the Moving Store, has made right the situation by connecting with head office, and then connecting with me to explain what happened. She has also refunded me the extra charges. I am impressed with her honesty and integrity, and I would do business with her again, knowing that she would make things right.

A Great overall experience renting a U-Haul from this location that I highly recommend to anyone. The store itself has some great options for moving with top notch customer service!
