I am A frequent U-Haul client for years but this location and this time was my first worst experience. Their inventory is not real and changed my confirmed 15 ft truck with a 10ft small cube in a middle of winter with no better choice. I stuck with my furniture moving that caused a damage to my furniture due to space limit. They also changed my original drop off location with no consent which caused me an extra Uber cost of returning home. Awful experience overall. Will not rent at this location ever. Be careful with this location arrangements.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. The guy who runs this place asked me to get the truck early(like a day before) if I want and said he wouldn't charge me an extra day. I said no, and picked it up the same day I booked, but a 15 minutes early. I returned the truck to a different location(that's how I booked it), but when I returned it they were going to charge me an extra day even though I was at least 45 minutes earlier than the time they mentioned in the message I received as well as in the invoice I got. To my luck, the guys at the drop off location were good enough to understand my situation and helped me resolve it. I am wondering how much I would have been charged if I listened to this guy's words and picked it up one day before the scheduled date. Also the pick up time mentioned in my invoice was wrong. I picked the truck up at 1 pm, but in the invoice it said 11:50 am. Another issue was with driver seat door. It didn't close properly. We had to pull it hard and shut to get it closed. Never going back to this place. And would never recommend this place to even my enemy.
