First time at Nancy's and it will certainly be my last. Nancy your reviews of your business is very true. You was so rude and disrespectful today. I came with the intentions of getting me and my two daughters Manis and pedis with additional services that value $400 or more in service charge and left disrespected. You're a classless woman and a unprofessional business owner. That should be put out of business for how you talk about your clients. To speak Vietnamese to the nail tech knowing very well you was answering me in English was very shady and tacky. Be transparent with your clients about how much clients you have so they wont be wasting time waiting. "You wasn't speaking to me " is what you said to me when i ask you to speak English and tell me when is the best time to come back for service. Come back a half-hour or an hour is not a time. Talking with the barber next door I heard you talking rudely about me and When I walked back in your store you went quiet. Nancy you're not doing anyone a favor so stop acting entitled. I took my services elsewhere that appreciate the value of their customers time and money. No one should support a business when the owner is disrespectful to their customer. The barber next door even said You're a disrespectful person. Don't waste your time coming to this unprofessional business you'll certainly regret it.

If Nancy does your nails you never get what you ask for always something a little different because she likes it. I waited at the salon for 4 hours I had to do a long simple set. Black French tip with silver design. Well she ended up putting white and looks very girly and my style is quite edgy. I told her many times black and silver and she did want she wanted. Well I paid 75 plus 15 dollars tip. Ill be going back for her to fix it. Maybe then Ill stop thinking how hidious they look Service: Manicure

Horrible management.! Nancy the owner is very unruly and cares less about the customers. In her presence, one of the nail techs pulled hard on a clients cuticle and even though this client called Nancys attention to it, she simply remained on her seat pressing her phone and speaking the so called Vietnamese (very rude) to the nail tech. After which she literally tells the client to endure the pain without apologizing., nor did she follow up throughout the service duration to see if the client felt better and satisfied. I felt so upset. Nancy you act like a classless piece of garbage, no well groomed, mannered and educated person would act the way you do. I am so glad, lots of clients have realized they can actually spend their money somewhere else and get better treatment. Now the store is not as filled with customers as it used to before and by 6pm, there is just 1 or no customer compared to before. Fix you attitude! Or watch your business go down the drain!!!
