Rude staff. Dont know how to treat their clients at all. The lady shouted at me . Unprofessional staff . It happen only after 2 days because it wasnt dry and the said we dont know what happened !!

I've been going to this nail salon for years and I had recommended so many of my friends and family to come here. They are all so happy to come; even all the way from Markham. On my day off, I wanted to treat myself special and was here today. Unfortunately, it was quite interesting as there was another customer yelling and shouting. I witnessed a customer being rude to the staff by putting a hand in front of the workers face as if they were disregarding them as a human. I felt it was very disrespectful to treat another person like that so I figured to stand up and share my thoughts as a bystander. I hope the staff is safe. The staff is super awesome and friendly. There's always a positive vibe in this store! Services: Nail extensions, Nail designs, Pedicure, Manicure

Nails Republic is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been coming here for over 8 years and I have always received excellent customer service and quality work done. All the staff are friendly and dedicated to the work they do on your nails. I have referred multiple people to their salon and provided many recommendations. This salon doesn't disappoint. Any issues I have either to fix a nail or a paint job they are always willing to accommodate and find a time that works for both of us. I was at the salon when a very rude customer came in while I was trying to relax and enjoy my me time. She was treating the staff and employees very poorly and was extremely loud arguing and shouting inside the salon. It was extremely disrespectful to everyone in the salon. It is unfortunate that some people think it's okay to behave and treat people like this. Don't let one bad review change your mind about this place. They are great.
