The staff at this store are rude and do not care about their customers , I booked an appointment for my mom, mani and pedi, our appointment was for 5:30 we were still waiting to be served at 5:50 , my mom had changed her mind and no longer wanted her pedicure so since we had already booked an appointment for it I told her I would get it the pedicure , the ladies told us they could not take 2 ppl but they were not doing more services just the same services we booked but instead of 1 person getting both 2 ppl get 1 of each , I have worked in retail before and I know the stores busy but the lack of customer service and care was so disrespectful that we had to leave

Been going there for 2 years amazing artists and very welcoming,friendly service from all the staff. They treat you life family . *Kim , Hannah ,Joyce,Lily, Titiana ,Kailey,all very talented and trustworthy 5*
