Amazing practitioner. She was able to reduce my neck pain consideravly with her Gua sha and cupping technique. I was surprised about the results after one session. I highly recommend her for anyone having chronic pain.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Sarah has been helping me for 1 year to lose weight. Her advice has given me the confidence to make smart health choices and keep going even when I had difficult days. Love the soup recipes, it completely changed my routine and simplified my meal planning. I feel so much more in control and my blood work is there to prove. Also great advice with supplements.
