Dr Klein has a lot of knowledge about health, body, and the natural ways of staying healthy. I learned a lot about different ingredients on the packaging and which ones harm us (Stay away from all sorts of canola and veggie oils in your ingredients when you go shopping, you'll be amazed how much of that unhealthy stuff is in there). Dr Klein tells why those ingredients are bad and explains a ton more about overall health and how to naturally reduce blood pressure, sugar etc. Dr Klein has changed the way I approach my health for the better, and I hope he will change yours for the better too.
