    I was very disappointed receiving my wallet card this year when renewed. Instead of thick paper, pink background and larger type which is easy for anyone to read they have now changed it to a black and white regular paper with tiny print. It is VERY hard to read the info on the paper now and will crumple easily. It makes it difficult for those of us who don't have perfect eyesight. Why was this altered Medic Alert?

    Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a renewing a service plan for anything. The new and "updated" online system is beyond frustrating, confusing, and time consuming at each step of the way. And, it's impossible to get through to customer service on the phone for help. At this point, I have information that I cannot renew because I have already renewed--and also that I must renew immediately.

    I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Bought my mom a second bracelet because she lost her first one. How, I don't know as she was unable to remove it. A less expensive one this time, however so cheap and the clasp was so chinsy. Don't get fooled by this service as I did. Get one made through a jewelry or pharmacy.

Ils mont rappeler. Et pour faire ce que lge te ma dis de faire a pris au moins 2 heures. Elle a d changer mon adresse courriel pour la bonne. Ensuite jai reu un mot de passe temporaire que jai d entrer puis le changer. Bref a na pas fonctionn. Ce nest que plus tard que je me suis aperu que lagente a communiqu avec son service technique. L je veux complter mon adhsion pour 1 an. Je leur ai envoy plusieurs courriels et formulaires via leur site internet, je les ai appel plusieurs fois. Cest la fin de semaine. Jespre que toutes mes dmarches aboutiront un rsultat satisfaisant trs bientt. Pour toute ces raison je leur accorde 3 toiles.
