        Tarion can not force the builder to repair the leakage issue even I filed in the warranty form 4 months ago. They suggested me to hire their inspector and will cost $208 to inspect but will wait for a month to have them come. Not really a good warranty company bx they are pro builder and con customers.

        terrible customer service, I would give 0 stars if possible. They are here to protect the home owner but instead they do next to nothing.

        Worse place ever. Move in the House with a broken strips tarion was saying it is not cover because I did not Put it on my PDI. but I put it on my 30 day. Not everything you will see in 2 hours to put on a PDI. If I could give them 0 star I would. They are worster than the builders and the builders are the worst builder ever.
