Ah, yes. Luma"care". Formerly Downsview Services for Seniors, but in an attempt (albeit futile) to change their poor reputation, and how they're perceived, they still can't grasp that it's the field staff and coordinators who do the brunt of the work, only to get little to no credit. The Managers are almost satirical versions of what a manager is. No insight, lack of any real compassion, only care about their contracts and the bottom line. Then there's Danielle Dang. Dang it all, if she isn't the most pretentious, ostentatious, superfluous employee there ever was. Contributes zero, but her horse is somehow higher than that of William Wallace. She epitomizes everything that is wrong with this organization. Factually speaking, not one employee there has ever had a nice thing to say about her. And well, that's all there is to say about her.
