I had gone to get a letter notarized and didn't meet Mr. Kamal at the office. He took the time to Call me back to sincerely apologize and reschedule and when I went to see him the second time, he apologized again and offered me his service with a huge discount. Offered to print the document for free and made changes later after an error was spotted. He is a total gentleman, kind, pays attention to details with his work.
